In addition, each of SUNY Oswego’s 13 residential communities is designed to provide students with memorable and inclusive home-away-from-home experiences. The campus is rich in traditions that unify students, faculty, staff, and alumni. SUNY Oswego is a lakeside campus situated along the shores of Lake Ontario. Located in Oswego, New York—40 miles northwest of Syracuse—students benefit from their exposure to a charming port city. With one-of-a-kind shops, cafés, and clubs, Oswego is a small city that embraces the vibrancy of a college community.

Athletics at SUNY Oswego features top-notch equipment and facilities, including the convocation and ice arena located in the Marano Campus Center. Other facilities include: Romney Field House, which features a 200-meter track, a turf infield and additional multi-sport practice surface; a new outdoor turf stadium; and Laker Hall’s Max Ziel gymnasium.
