TEACHING AND RESEARCH
Many of Baylor’s faculty work in two roles—professors and researches. While many of Baylor’s faculty engage in research projects and initiatives, they are equally as invested in the lives of the students. In many cases, students are an active part of the research process, a benefit often only afforded to graduate students.
Baylor offers its students and faculty an active community, with numerous opportunities for involvement. Students have access to over 200 clubs and organizations, including national and local sororities and fraternities. Students also have the opportunity to give back to the community through one of the many service initiatives Baylor offers. The University is responsible for establishing the first chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
COMMUNITY IMPACT

ATHLETICS AND CAMPUS REC
Baylor has a vibrant athletic community. Students have several opportunities to join an intramural or competitive sport, as well as participate in fitness classes. Baylor’s Division I sports teams, give students the chance to cheer on their fellow peers all year long.
